Acceptance By creating an account or using pTracker (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ## 2. Early-access product pTracker is an **early-access freemium** product. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. ## 3. Accounts - You must provide a valid email and keep credentials confidential. - You are responsible for activity under your account. - One person per account unless we agree otherwise. - We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud (including fake UPI claims), or security risk. ## 4. Plans and payment - **Free** and **Pro** features are described in the app. - Pro may be unlocked via UPI payment claims (subject to verification), redeem codes, or other methods we enable. - Prices are in INR as shown in the app and may change with notice in-app. - UTR-based upgrades: false claims may result in rejection, account suspension, and reporting where appropriate. - Fees already paid for completed periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for clear double-charges / service failure. ## 5. Not financial advice pTracker provides **informational tools** (net worth, projections, scenarios). It is **not** investment advice, tax advice, a registered advisor service, or a brokerage. Markets and personal situations change; verify decisions independently. ## 6. Broker connections Optional Zerodha Kite connection uses OAuth. You authorize us to store an encrypted access token to fetch holdings you choose to sync. Tokens expire; reconnect as needed. We are not affiliated with Zerodha beyond API usage under their developer terms. ## 7. Acceptable use You agree not to: - Break the law or infringe others’ rights - Probe, scrape, or overload the Service - Share accounts or attempt to access others’ data - Submit fraudulent payment references - Reverse engineer for competitive abuse beyond fair use ## 8. Your content You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you. ## 9. Intellectual property The Service software, branding, and documentation are owned by the operator. You may not copy the product for a competing commercial service without permission. ## 10. Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PROJECTIONS ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. ## 11. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS MADE USING THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ₹1,000. ## 12. Indemnity You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms. ## 13. Termination You may delete your account in-app at any time. We may terminate or suspend access with or without notice for breach or to protect the Service. On deletion, Section 6 of the Privacy Policy applies. ## 14. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived. ## 15. Changes We may update these Terms.
